(The Case has been heard through Video Conference) The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to return the petitioner's passport bearing No.N.O.MAD016153 based upon the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2013.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for any other relief.

3. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
