C.M.P.No.13229 of 2019 in C.R.P.No.740 of 2019 C.M.P.No.13229 of 2019 in C.R.P.No.740 of 2019 V.SIVAGNANAM., J, The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time of 8 weeks for complying the order dated 14.10.2019 in C.R.P.No.740 of 2019, passed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has partly complied the conditions mentioned in above cited order and due to Covid-19 lock down, he could not be able to comply with the other conditions. Thereby he sought to extend the time of 8 weeks for complying the order of this Court made in C.R.P.No.740 of 2019, dated 14.10.2019. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, four (4) weeks time is granted to the petitioner, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply the conditions mentioned in the order dated 14.10.2019 in C.R.P.No.740 of 2019.
