This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.78 of 2022 on the file of the 1st Respondent herein.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that already investigation has been completed in Crime No.78 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent police and the same was closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and the closure report is yet to be filed before the concerned Jurisdictional Court.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. The first respondent is directed to file closure report within a week before the concerned Jurisdictional Court from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
