It is seen from the records that the death of sole respondent was recorded by this Court as early as 25.11.2021. Till date, no steps have been taken to bring the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent on record.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that appellant also died on 13.03.2023. In these circumstances, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
