ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 147, 148, 448, 427, 324, 307, 506(2), 452, 397, 120(b) IPC in Crime No.1835 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein is arrayed as A7. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with others had ransacked the defacto complainant's shop by causing damage to the property worth about more than Rs. 10 lakhs.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that coaccused were arrested and released on bail and the petitioner is still absconding. He further submits that investigation is at initial stage and still the property has not been recovered.

4. In view of the above fact, this Court is of the view that unless and until the petitioner is secured, the investigation proceedings cannot be completed.
