provide all the retirement benefits and other reliefs as per the claim dated 05.07.2009 and subsequently the worker viz., M.Shanmugaiah, who died in the service due to the service pressure.

ORDER
The writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to provide all the retirement benefits and other reliefs as per the petitioner's claim dated 05.07.2009.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has already been complied with and all the terminal benefits were settled to the petitioner in the following manner:- a) ECPF contribution of the individual and Employer's contribution with interest there upon Rs.44,257/- vide Head Office order No.APF/4/73190/2008 dated 20.11.2008 b) Initial funeral advance of Rs.5000/- Rs.5,000/- vide SRM, Chennai (S) Proc.
A8/11048/08 dated 05.05.2008
c) Gratuity vide HO Proc AGR11/96240/10 dated 23.11.10 and SRM Chennai (S) letter A12/18348/08 dated 03.12.2010 Rs.13,528/- (Commensurate with the eligible service period of the individual from 30.04.1999 to 05.05.2008 d) Sanction of Pension by RPF Commissioner vide HO letter APF11/68175/10 dated 28.07.2011 communicated to the heir of deceased Loadman in A12/18318/08 dated 02.08.2011 Pension as prescribed by RPF Commissioner directly credited to the bank a/c of the heirs of deceased labour.
e) Sanction of exgratia as prescribed by Government of Tamil Nadu vide SRM(S) letter A12/18348/08 dated 21.03.2012 Rs.65,000/- in which Rs.5,000/- already sanctioned as funeral advance was deducted.

Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
