ORDER

As early as on 08.02.2019 itself, a memo was filed by the petitioners' counsel stating that he is withdrawing his vakalat in the above case. The 1/3

said memo is also recorded and thereafter, this Court had directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioners. The name of the petitioners are also printed in the cause list today. Eventhough, the vakalat of the earlier counsel for the petitioners was withdrawn as early as on 08.02.2019, till date, no new counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioners nor the petitioners have appeared in person before this Court.

2. This petition has been filed to set aside an arbitral award passed in favour of the respondents against the petitioners under a loan contract. The O.P. is of the year 2015. It can now be inferred that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
