This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order and decree dated 29.10.2018 in I.A.No.623 of 2017 in O.S.No.320 of 2013 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Ranipet, Vellore.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel 1/3

appearing for the petitioner would submit that the main suit itself has been dismissed for default on 04.03.2021 and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
