Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent herein to provide the petitioner within a certified copy of the Order in Original No.140/2018 dated 31.03.2018 passed by the respondent so as to enable the petitioner to take further legal recourse in a manner known to law in the form of filing of an appeal against the above said order before the first appellate authority under the Customs Act.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus directing the respondent to provide the certified copy of the Order-inOriginal dated 31.03.2018.

2. After notice, this matter is taken up today for further hearing. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that through communication dated 17.07.2019, the respondent has furnished the certified copy of the Order-in-Original No.140/2018 dated 31.03.2018.
