1. Issue notice. Mr.V.M.R.Rajentran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1.

2. Mr.V.M.R.Rajentran, says that the detenue / Miss.Revathi, has been secured. The detenue, we are told, is a minor, aged about 17 years.

3. We have interacted both with the petitioner, who is the father of the detenue / Miss.Revathi as well as the detenue / Miss.Revathi.

4. The detenue / Miss Revathi, says that she would like to be with the petitioner for the moment.
