J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by V.M.VELUMANI,J.) The respondent/husband filed O.P.No.2588 of 2018 on the file of the V Additional Principal Judge, V Additional Family Court, Chennai, under Section 13(1)(i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, for dissolution of marriage that was conducted on 21.08.2016 between the appellant and respondent. The said O.P. was allowed by the order dated 10.12.2021 and divorce was granted. Challenging the said order, the appellant/wife has come out with the present appeal.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the respondent submitted that the matter has been settled between the appellant and respondent, they filed settlement agreement dated 03.03.2023 entered into between the parties, duly signed by the appellant, respondent and their respective counsel, before the Mediator, Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court.

3.The settlement agreement dated 03.03.2023, duly signed by both 2/4

the appellant as well as respondent and their respective counsel is taken on file and the same is recorded. Recording the settlement agreement and the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the respondent, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of. The settlement agreement dated 03.03.2023 shall form part of the decree. No costs.
