Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax that part of the condition in Crl.M.P.No.1156/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.18819 of 2020 dated 26.02.2021 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.THIAGARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL.P. Government Advocate(Crl.Side), on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1156 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.18819 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Section 395 of IPC, in Crime No.777 of 2020, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
