This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned Rank - list dated 20.02.2024 for the post included in Combined Civil Service Examination-II (Interview Posts) (Group II Services) Notification No.03/2022 on the file of first respondent.

2. Heard Fr. Xavier Arulraj, learned Senior Counsel appearing for petitioner and Mrs.G.Hema, learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission submitted that the petitioner has been admitted provisionally to attend the certificate verification and counselling and she has also been provisionally selected to the post of Senior Inspector in Co-operative 2/4

Societies Department. The written instructions, in this regard, were also placed before this Court.
