ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 9 days in filing the above criminal revision in Crl. RC. No. of 2026
in Crl.M.P.No.306 of 2025 in CC.10 of 2023, dated 19-08-2025, on the file of the Honble Special Judge, Special Court Under TNPID Act Chennai.
2. There are no serious objections on behalf of the respondent.
3. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay.
4. In the result, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay of 9 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned. 05-03-2026 MJS
