decretal order dated 06.04.2018 passed by the learned Additional District Munsif, Vellore in unnumbered EA.No.(NIL) of 2018 in EP.No.2 of 2016 in RCOP.No.21 of 2012.

2. The learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that delivery in the EP has been taken and the main EP itself was terminated on 20.07.2018.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in the civil revision petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
