Crl.MP.No.4070 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.93 of 2018 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN,J., This petition is filed for granting leave to the petitioner to continue Crl.A.No.93 of 2018.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant Mrs.B.Nirmala died on 06.05.2021 and her husband also died on 28.02.2021. The petitioner herein is the son of the deceased appellant Mrs.B.Nirmala. It is submitted that the deceased has got a good case on merits and therefore, the appeal has to be continued by the petitioner herein.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also submitted that the appellant died on 06.05.2021 and the petitioner herein is her son.

4.In view of the fact that the appellant is dead pending appeal, her son/legal heir Aravind wants to continue the appeal and prays this Court to allow this petition granting leave to continue the appeal by the petitioner herein, this petition is allowed.
