Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to grant permission to conduct cultural program on 09.08.2017 in Sri Mariamman Festival, at Kanapatti Village, Palavadi Post, Nallampalli Panchayat, Papparapatti Via, Dharmapuri District 636 809 in a grand manner.

3.It is the case of the petitioner that in spite of the representation being given to the respondent on 04.08.2017 for conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 09.08.2017, the respondent has not passed orders till today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017 by order dated 03.03.2017 in similar circumstances directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same.

5.Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2017. and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 08.08.2017 (today). With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
