ORDER
Today, when the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to
withdraw the petition, he has also made an endorsement today to that effect.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners also produced a letter dated 30.01.2023 to withdraw the petition which was submitted to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Madras. The letter dated 30.01.2023 is extracted hereunder:- " I am the counsel for the petitioners in the above referred C.R.P.No.913 of 2019. Now, my clients intend to withdraw the said CRP.No.913 of 2019.
It is most humbly prayed that the case CRP.No.913 of 2019 may kindly be posted before the Hon'ble Court for withdrawal and thus render justice."
3. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and also the letter dated 30.01.2023, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
