This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the learned trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail by order dated 12.01.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the charge sheet has also been filed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
