This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by order dated 31.10.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and charge sheet has already been filed before the trial Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Sessions Judge (Fast Track Mahila), Namakkal on all hearing dates without fail.
