Respondents PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1179/E2/2019, dated 25.02.2019, ordering not to exempt the petitioner to write Hindi as first language in the upcoming SSLC Public Examination to be held on 14.03.2019 & 18.03.2019 and quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to write Hindi as first language in the upcoming public examination to be conducted for 10th standard on 14.03.2019 & 18.03.2019.

O R D E R

The instant Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1179/E2/2019, dated 25.02.2019, ordering not to exempt the petitioner to write Hindi as first language in the upcoming SSLC Public Examination to be held on 14.03.2019 & 18.03.2019 and quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to write Hindi as first language.

2. After continuous directions of this Court, the Government has passed an order dated 11.03.2019 in Na.Ka.No.246301/B1/2018, in which, the petitioner herein is permitted to write Hindi as first language in the ensuing SSLC Board Examination to be conducted in the month of March, 2019.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the Writ Petitioner submitted that in view of the order passed by the 1st respondent, this Writ Petition may be closed. To that effect, he has also made an endorsement in the bundle.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
