ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for contempt of Court for having deliberately violating the orders of this Court dated 08.09.2017 and made in Crl.O.P.No.18689 of 2017.

M.S.RAMESH.J., jbm 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the order of this Court dated 08.09.2017 has been complied with and accordingly, an altered Final Report has been filed into the jurisdictional Magistrate.

3. I am of the view that there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in complying with the earlier order of this Court dated 08.09.2017. 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed.
