With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioners have come up with the present writ petition for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider and dispose of petitioner's representation/appeal dated 16.09.2014.

3.Though, very many contention were raised in this writ petition, at the time of argument, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that it would be suffice, if a direction is given to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner's dated 16.09.2014. 4.In view of the submissions so made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court without going into the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation/appeal of the petitioner's dated 16.09.2014 which was given to cancel the patta issued in favour of three persons in patta No.108 in respect of S.No.258/1 Athanavur village, by affording opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners, as well as to the third respondent and other necessary parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders. It is made clear that this Court is not expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the claim made by the petitioners. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
