When the matter is listed on 04.11.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 13.11.2025. Again on 13.11.2025, none appears for the petitioner hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 19.11.2025. Since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 19.11.2025, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' today i.e., 21.11.2025.

2. Even today, none appears on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, it is clear that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
