No.17 of 2010.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the main O.P. was disposed of. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. His submission is recorded. Accordingly, this Original Application is dismissed as infructuous.
