O R D E R

This Original Petition has been filed to terminate the mandate of Arbitral Tribunal consisting of Mr.G.Dharmaraj, District Judge (Retd.) the 2nd Respondent and to appoint a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate on the disputes between the Petitioner and the Respondent in connection with Non-Disclosure Agreement dated 19.08.2020.

2. After the submissions made by both sides, both side counsels conceded to have a sole arbitrator appointed by this Court afresh.

3. Accordingly, without going to the merits of the case, as agreed by both sides, this Court appoints Mr.J. Krishnamoorthy, District Judge (Retd.), as sole Arbitrator. The learned counsel for both sides have also no objection for Page 2 / 5

appointment of Mr.J. Krishnamoorthy, District Judge (Retd.),as a Sole Arbitrator.

4. Hence, it is ordered as follows:

i] Mr.J. Krishnamoorthy, District Judge (Retd.), No.2D, I Floor, 'Nutech Krishna', No.37, Sundararajan Street, T. Nagar, Chennai 600017 (Cell No.9442092363) email: Jkrishnamoorthy88@yahoo.com) is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to enter upon reference and adjudicate the matter. ii] That the learned Arbitrator appointed herein is directed to hear the parties and complete the proceedings and pass an award as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the Order.

iii] That the learned Sole Arbitrator appointed herein shall be paid fees as per the schedule and the same shall be borne by the parties equally.
