Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.03.2022 and to treat the leave availed by the petitioner from 12.02.2022 to 10.04.2022 as medical leave and to disburse salary for the said period and consequently to permit the petitioner to join duty on 11.04.2022. O R D E R

By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.03.2022 and to treat the leave availed by the petitioner from 12.02.2022 to 10.04.2022 as medical leave and to disburse salary for the said period and consequently to permit the petitioner to join duty on 11.04.2022.

3. The petitioner made a representation dated 08.03.2022 before the 2nd respondent for granting leave from 12.02.2022 to 10.04.2022 as medical leave and to disburse the salary for the said period. However, till date no order has been passed. Hence, the instant writ petition has been before this Court.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer, this Court is inclined to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish the copy of the representation dated 08.03.2022 along with this order before the 3rd respondent.

5. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. No costs.
