When it is pointed out that earlier Writ Petition in W.P. No. 5997 of 2013 filed by the Petitioner for the same relief has been dismissed for default by this Court on 17.10.2016 and it was not permissible to entertain the present Writ Petition, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file application to restore W.P. No. 5997 of 2013 and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. 2.

According, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
