ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a directions to the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the 6th respondent for illegal encroachment of the petitioners land and carrying out the constructions of buildings in the petitioner's land in S.No.486/15, 486/16 in patta No.92 in 144 Melur Village, Minjur Panchayat Union, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District and further restrain the 6th respondent from carrying on the construction activities in the above mentioned petitioner's land. 2/4

2. When the case was taken up, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that during pendency of this writ petition, the work has been stopped and there is no proposal for further construction in the petitioners land.

3. The statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded and the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
