ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous as the respondent/landlord took possession and made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
