Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Extend the time to comply the condition of executing the sureties in Crl.O.P.No.25476 of 2021 vide order dated 05.01.2022 in Crime No.329 of 2021 pending on the file of the respondent. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SATHISH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25476 of 2021 dated 05.01.2022 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 20.04.2022, to the petitioner to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court. No further extension will be granted.
