deed dated 15.12.2010 registered as Document No.5494/2010 and the rectification deed dated 15.02.2013 registered as Document No.528/2013 as fraudulent documents and to direct the fourth respondent to make necessary entries in the encumbrance certificate, at the earliest point of time.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedies in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
