This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.27 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate - I, Bhavani.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were tried and acquitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Bhavani, in C.C.No.27 of 2022 and hence the prayer in the above quash petition has become infructuous. 3.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
