This petition has been filed to implead the proposed respondent No.2 as the 2nd respondent in Crl.O.P.No.3317 of 2024.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed and it is only be appropriate that the defacto complainant is also given an opportunity to represent before this Court.

3. Additionally, an Affidavit of Service has also been filed by the Petitioner herein, wherein, it had been stated that a private notice which had been issued was returned as "Addressee left without instructions".

4. List the matter on 26.03.2024. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title and also directed to put up a note whether any vakalat has been filed on behalf of the 2nd respondent.
