The writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondent from causing damage, grievous hurt and injury or leg fracture to the petitioner's health during the interrogation conduct by the second and third respondent and consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2015

2. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
