ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2021 and to return and hand over the parent documents and mortgage deeds to the petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 22.10.2021 has been considered and the parent documents and mortgage deeds were handed over to the petitioner.
3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, it is evident that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been achieved and that might be the reason for non-appearance of the petitioner. Hence, by recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
