Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in M.P.No.1 of 2013 in W.P.No.20145 of 2013 dated 31.10.2013 has been complied with by the respondents and also placed before this Court, the letter addressed to the Accountant General vide RC No.163/A/2019 dated 28.1.2019 forwarding the pension proposals of the petitioners, by the Block Educational Officer and copy of the said letter marked to the petitioners.

2. Recording the said statement and also letter of the Block Educational Officer, dated 28.1.2019, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs. If any grievance, the petitioner shall approach the Accountant General office.
