This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.25 of 2024 dated 15.02.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that after completion of investigation on 29.07.2024, a RCS report was submitted to the Magistrate concerned in RCS.No.83 of 2024. 3.In view of the above fact, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and hence, the same is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to serve RCS notice to the defacto complainant to enable him to proceed further as per law.
