ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to enquire the petition dated 18.11.2010 and register a case and investigate the same and further direct the first respondent to adequately compensate the petitioner for the loss incurred on account of the inaction of the first respondent for the petitions submitted by the petitioner.

It is seen that the representation of the petitioner dated 18.11.2010 was enquired and the same was closed. Therefore, the direction sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted and the writ petition is devoid of merits.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to cost.
