ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2022 and disburse loan to him as per nodel order No. Na.Ka.No. TAHDCO- 2020-21- LD-TM- 8 on 21.11.2020 issued by 2nd respondent under Tamil Nadu Adhi Dharavidar Housing Development Corporation (TAHDCO) scheme, within the time prescribed by this Court.
2.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and disposed of by the 2nd respondent vide proceedings dated 05.05.2022 and he has also produced the said proceedings dated 05.05.2022 passed by the 2nd respondent, before this Court.
3.Upon hearing the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, it is evident that the representation of the petitioner regarding the disbursement of loan has been considered and same has been rejected by the 2nd respondent. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present case. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 05.05.2022. 4.With the above observation, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
