This Writ Petition has been filed by M/s. Jafarali Stores, represented by its Proprietor Mr. A. Amanullah, seeking only a limited prayer to direct the respondent to furnish the name of the seller correct TIN Number, name of the office belonging to the seller, month of the return filed, invoice number and the date of invoice, name of the seller, correct TIN Number, to the petitioner to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
file a detailed objection in response to the notice issued in TIN 33664602621/2012 -13, dated 24.02.2015, as per the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2015.
2. Mr. A.N.R. Jaya Prathap, learned Government Advocate (Taxes) takes notice for the respondent. With the consent of both the parties, the matter is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
3. This Court, considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, as he has to file a detailed objection, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent herein to provide all the particulars sought for in his letter dated 15.04.2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and after receiving the reply from the petitioner, the respondent shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
