ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 353 & 323 of IPC in Crime No.89 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This Court considering the anticipatory bail petition earlier found that the petitioner has attacked the Conductor of the Government Transport Corporation bus and caused injury. This has happened when the defacto complainant demanded charges for the luggage carried by the A1. A1 not only refused to pay the charges, but invited this petitioner over phone and started abusing the defacto complainant and also attacked him.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the other accused were already released on bail.

4. However, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail, since the abscondence of the petitioner indicates that he will not be available for investigation and for trial if he is granted bail.
