This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Perambalur in Crl.M.P.No.295 of 2019 in Crime No.51 of 2019 dated 22.02.2019.

2.Heard both sides.

3.It is seen that only considering the fact that the crime was related to offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 323 & 506(ii) I.P.C., the Court below directed the petitioners to stay at Villupuram and report before the Inspector of Police, Law and Order, Villupuram Taluk Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders. Hence, now this Court is not inclined to modify the said condition.
