ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2024 and direct the respondents to shift the TASMAC Shop No. 3960 from Mulaiyanur Pirivu, Boothapadi Village, Anthiyur Taluk, Erode District to the Shop to the extent of 511 Sq.Ft constructed by the petitioner in his Patta land in S.No. 163/ 1 Situated at SP Goundanur, Boothapadi Village, Anthiyur Taluk, Erode District.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 3 rd respondent identified the petitioner's land for shifting TASMAC Shop No.3960 from Muliyanur Pirivu to the petitioner's patta land and approached the petitioner. The petitioner also accepted the request of the 3 rd respondent and accordingly, on 10.12.2023, the 3 rd respondent conducted an official inspection in the

petitioner's land and ensured no temple or any educational institution situated in the proposed place for shifting the said TASMAC shop. Thereafter, the 3 rd respondent made a request to the 4 th respondent to issue "No Objection Certificate" for shifting the shop to the petitioner's land. Based on the aforesaid request, the 6 th respondent also conducted spot inspection. Further, as per the instruction of the 3 rd respondent, the petitioner constructed the shop as required by the respondents. However, till date no permission was given by the respondents to open the shop constructed by the petitioner in his land. 3.He would further submit that the petitioner has also made a representation dated 03.02.2024 to the respondents 1 to 3, requesting them to shift the TASMAC shop No.3960 from Muliyanur to the petitioner's land.

However, till date the same was not considered and no action has been taken by the respondents to open the shop constructed by the petitioner in his land. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.02.2024.

4.Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and the same will be disposed of at the earliest point of time. 5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 4 to 7 and perused the materials available on record.

6.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 4 to 7 and the fact that the representation of the petitioner is pending before the respondents 1 to 3 for more than one year, the respondents 1 to 3 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
