(CRIME NO.2271/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To relax the condition imposed by this Honble court in Crl.M.P.No.7481 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.16106 of 2020 dated 15.12.2020 i.e. petitioner to appear before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. (ii) To relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble court in Crl.M.P.NO.7480 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.16109 of 2020 dated 15.12.2020 i.e report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.MOHANA KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioners, [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL P. Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents, [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] the court made the following order:- These applications are filed to relax the conditions imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent Police on the first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.Nos.7480 & 7481 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.16109 & 16106 of 2020, dated 15.12.2020 is modified and the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
5. These petitions are ordered accordingly.
