This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.09.2015, and decide the same in accordance with law.
2. It is seen that the petitioner submitted the representation on 16.09.2015. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now and this Court is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
not inclined to entertain this petition.
3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
