Second Respondent School with effect from the date of Petitioner appointment i.e.06.06.2016 and grant her all consequential benefits within a time limit to be stipulated by this Honble Court.

Common Order These Writ Petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to grant approval of the Petitioners' appointment as Primary School Teacher in the second respondent School with effect from the date of their appointment, i.e., 10.06.2013 and 06.06.2016 respectively and grant them all consequential benefits within a time limit as stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side. With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petitions are taken up for hearing today at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is passed against the second respondent, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were appointed on 10.06.2013 and 06.06.2016 respectively in the second respondent's school and the school has sent the proposal for approval of their

appointments. He further submitted that the petitioners have also sent representations to the first respondent for approval of their appointment on 01.12.2025 and 28.11.2025 respectively, however there was no response and hence, the present Writ Petitions.

4. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioners in these Writ Petitions, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 01.12.2025 & 28.11.2025 respectively and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
