Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.MURUGANANTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1307 of 2022 dated 24.01.2022 to furnish the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.1307 of 2022 dated 24.01.2022 is extended till 13.04.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
