ORDER
This Criminal Original petition has been filed challenging one of the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl MP No.1483 of 2023 dated 02.05.2023, wherein the petitioner had sought for release of 1/4
vehicle.
2. Heard Mr.V.Elangovan, learned counsel for the petitioner and the A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is seen from records that the main FIR in Crime No.325 of 2021 has been quashed by this Court in Crl OP No.17592 of 2021 dated 13.10.2023. Therefore, the vehicle has to be automatically released in favour of the petitioner without imposing any conditions. The conditions were imposed by the Court below, when the investigation was pending and when the FIR itself has been quashed, the vehicle has to be released to the petitioner without insisting for any of the condition imposed by the Court below.
4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
