This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 20.06.2014 passed in A.P.No.504 of 2012 by the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that prior to the filing of the approval petition, challenging the order of dismissal for unauthorized absence, the second respondent raised Industrial Dispute before the Labour Court, wherein, the Labour Court ordered for reinstatement, against which, the petitioner Transport Corporation filed W.P.No.34957 of 2004 before this Court and this Court set aside the order passed by the Labour Court.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
